As executive director and founding member of Interpac Business Solutions, Joseph Zheng is characterized by his hands-on approach. Mr. Zheng is a management consultant who holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Melbourne University and a Master of Engineering from RMIT University. Prior to his venture in Australia, he completed his bachelor degree from a university in China, and has six years work experience in China. Mr. Zheng has many years management experience includes senior executive roles in management consulting, marketing, information technology and international trade. Mr. Zheng provides services in the area of business strategy, strategic marketing, market development advice, investment, Merges and Acquisitions, cross-cultural training, e-commerce and project management. Mr. Zheng is also a Registered Migration Agent in Australia; he has successfully handled many immigration cases, and specializes in skilled, employ, business and investment related migration matters.
As a lawyer of some 17 years in private practice and three years as a consultant with a pre-eminent communications consultancy, Geoff has extensive experience in developing the communication strategy for industry or corporate clients, coaching individuals or teams be it in the tendering/bid process, for significant presentations in leadership roles or preparing for or implementing the face to face communication skills where the stakes are high. As part of the leadership development of the organisation, he has acted as facilitator in high level strategies or in conflict or issue resolution. Geoff has consulted on and coached in a range of major transactions including: EBAs and IPOs, presentations by Boards, to analysts and for AGMs. Geoff also spent 3 years at Allens Arthur Robinson working as Manager of Strategic Development and assisting them and their clients on major bids and negotiations. In addition Geoff has consulted to and facilitated on matters both in the public, private and government sectors.
Mr. James Uren has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. During his 20 years at one of four big banks in Australia and 10 years at a Swiss Bank, he held numerous executive and consulting positions. In that capable capacity, he was responsible for originating, structuring, marketing and overseeing investment units, accumulated rich experience and insight in area of finance, investment and risk management.
Specialist in rural industry, environment and food manufacturing with extensive experience and knowledge in market development advice, business plan implementation, Joint Venture in China, China operation, commissioning of factory and environment issues.
