Joseph Zheng MBA, MEng, MA
Executive Director

As executive director and founding member of Interpac Business Solutions, Joseph Zheng is characterized by his hands-on approach. Mr. Zheng is a management consultant who holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Melbourne University and a Master of Engineering from RMIT University. Prior to his venture in Australia, he completed his bachelor degree from a university in China, and has six years work experience in China. Mr. Zheng has many years management experience includes senior executive roles in management consulting, marketing, information technology and international trade. Mr. Zheng provides services in the area of business strategy, strategic marketing, market development advice, investment, Merges and Acquisitions, cross-cultural training, e-commerce and project management.  Mr. Zheng is also a Registered Migration Agent in Australia; he has successfully handled many immigration cases, and specializes in skilled, employ, business and investment related migration matters.

James Uren
Senior associate
Mr. James Uren has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. During his 20 years at one of four big banks in Australia and 10 years at a Swiss Bank, he held numerous executive and consulting positions. In that capable capacity, he was responsible for originating, structuring, marketing and overseeing investment units, accumulated rich experience and insight in area of finance, investment and risk management.

GEOFF SANDLER LLB MA
Senior Consultant
As a lawyer of some 17 years in private practice and three years as a consultant with a pre-eminent communications consultancy, Geoff has extensive experience in developing the communication strategy for industry or corporate clients, coaching individuals or teams be it in the tendering/bid process, for significant presentations in leadership roles or preparing for or implementing the face to face communication skills where the stakes are high. He has also developed skills in relationship management and the strategic management of complex, high-value negotiations.
As part of the leadership development of the organisation, he has acted as facilitator in high level strategies or in conflict or issue resolution.
Geoff has consulted on and coached in a range of major transactions including:

  • a major construction arbitration in excess of $100 million;
  • a team pitching to acquire one of Australia's largest employee superannuation funds (approx. $900 million); and
  • various major projects or targets some of which were in:
  1. EBAs
  2. IPOs
  3. presentations by Boards, to analysts and for AGMs.

Geoff also spent 3 years at Allens Arthur Robinson working as Manager of Strategic Development and assisting them and their clients on major bids and negotiations.
In addition Geoff has consulted to and facilitated on matters both in the public, private and government sectors.

Angela (Yan Rong) Ye Grad. Cert. Imm. Law, LLB
Migration consultant
Ms. Ye is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0849074) in Australia, she has completed the postgraduate certificate of Australia Immigration Law & Practice from Victoria University. Ms. Ye is specialized in the Family visas, Student visas, General Skilled migration and employment related migration matters to Australia. She worked as an education consultant for three years before joins Interpac.

Maurice Hanrahan
Senior Associate
Specialist in rural industry, environment and food manufacturing with extensive experience and knowledge in market development advice, business plan implementation, Joint Venture in China, China operation, commissioning of factory and environment issues.

Yuko Ozeki MBA, BA
Consultant (Speaks English & Japanese)
A consultant with background in Marketing and business planning. Specializing in market research, strategic marketing, E-commerce and Business planning. She worked as business manager, business planning group of Intel Japan before joins Interpac. Yuko provides assistance in marketing, business planning, cross culture training and market research.

Jenny (Sihong) Yu MAppFin, BA

Senior Consultant
Jenny obtained a Masters degree in Applied Finance from Monash University, Australia. Prior to her post graduate studies in Australia, Jenny worked for Multi-National firms in Beijing China for 8 years. Before assuming her current role at Interpac, she was managing an Australian business for almost 4 years. Jenny has profound knowledge in business planning, business development and operation in Australia.

She contributes to the team her experiences in market research, marketing planning, business evaluation, finance and taxation as well as managing suppliers in Australia. Jenny is now in charge of Interpac’s China operation, and she is committed to provide her professional services in a broad range including investment and business consultation, education and training as well as all-round assistances in migration services, especially financial and business development planning for Chinese new migrants.
